Aims & Scope:
Clinical Health Promotion is the official scientific Journal for the International Network of Health Promoting Hospitals and Health Services. The wish is to have a focused journal that provides a platform for a lively interaction between specialist and experts in the growing field of Clinical Health Promotion.
The overall aim of the journal is to support the work towards better health gain by integrating Health Promotion into the organizational structure and culture of the hospitals and health services. The journal also serves managers, researchers, policy makers, patient organizations and others with an interest in targeting patients, staff, community and the environment in the field of health promotion. This is done by significant improvement of a worldwide publication of on clinical health promotion based on best evidence-based practice; including staff competences and patient preferences.
We consider papers addressing research questions within the field of Clinical Health Promotion.
All research study types are welcome, both with negative and positive results. Publishing procedures are built around fully open peer review and continuous publication, publishing research online as soon as the article is ready.
